The Modern Transformation in 45 minutes (MOD-T45) is a class originally created by nutritionist, trainer and owner of MODEVO Siera Capesius.
She felt that the need for a bootcamp that focused on the individuals was needed and created a circuit style class with different tools to help everyone exercise, reach their goals and have fun in a high paced class.
MOD-T45 Classes are different every day! They deliver higher paced exercises created to help individuals burn bodyfat, build strength and improve overall health. This all achieved with a nutrition program that everyone receives to follow to obtain the best results possible.

Choose the weight you want to use, choose the intensity you want to follow and instructors will always provide with a modification if any exercise isn't to your liking. Got a question during class? Instructors will keep an eye on you to ensure your safety and form.
Every class is different. We switch up the workout every day, so not only will you continue to challenge and change your body, you’ll have more fun!
All classes begin with a warm up and end with a cool down so your body is not only ready to move and prevent injuries but also bring your heart rate down.
