YOUR FIRST CLASS IS YOUR FIRST STEP

Trying a new workout can be scary. But from the moment you walk into MOEVO Fitness, you’ll feel at ease.

Our workout is designed for all levels. You set the pace. Whether you want to choose lighter weights, substitute any exercise or go full force, the power is yours to choose. And with our instructors keeping an eye at you all the time you can always ask any questions throughout class.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST MOD-T45 CLASS?

We always have water and energy water

Arrive 10 min early

Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class time.

Sign in by finding your name on our desk screen and check in.

The coach will explain how to do each floor exercise as well as the interval length and speed prior to class. Be sure to listen closely and don’t be afraid to ask questions! The coaches are here to help and can correct your form if needed.

DURING CLASS

Start at your own pace

At first it can be intimidating using all the different equipments the trainers have chosen to use for that specific class, so start at your own pace.

During the several breaks provided ensure you keep hydrated and take as many water breaks as you need if you have too. If after the instructor has gone over the exercises and stations and you still have questions don't hesitate to ask.

AFTER CLASS

Replenish with one of our shakes and start your recovery

Ask any questions you may have on how to sign up or fitness related

Congrats! Your first class is complete! You did it!

Ensure you keep drinking water. If you need it we offer protein shakes with unique add-ons to satisfy every and all goals. The class will always end with stretches to ensure you are properly cooled down.

Make sure you replenish your body with fluids and food and rest before your next class.

If you have any specific questions to ask the instructors don't be shy! They are there to assist you in any way possible.
